Steeped in history, our bourgeois house, built in the late 19th century, was originally commissioned by the owner of Château du Boitissandeau (1.5 km away) to provide a home for his servant, Marie Barreau. Over time, it passed through the hands of a notary and later a family from Ardelay, before being transformed into a guesthouse.
In late 2022, we had the privilege of acquiring this 450 m² historic residence, with the vision of creating a charming retreat for our guests. Fully renovated in a Deco Design style, the house now blends heritage with modern elegance, offering an exceptional place to stay.
Nestled within a 2,200 m² landscaped estate, our property has been thoughtfully redesigned into a unique living space, featuring a pool, sauna, and spa—a true haven of relaxation.
With its mini private hotel feel, our residence offers a personalized yet discreet welcome, ensuring an intimate and refined experience for each guest.
